9″ Raspberry White Chocolate

This is our most popular cheesecake. Using pureed raspberries and a white chocolate ganache in the body to give the cheesecake a beautiful rose color and topped off with strands of white chocolate. There is a 2 to 3 day delay on producing this cheesecake.
